Orders are processed in the order they are received. Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on product availability, customization requests, and current order volume.

Custom and made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, shipping method, and destination.

Promotional free shipping offers may apply to qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for returned packages or reshipments

Delayed or Lost Packages

T&J Apparel LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Other circumstances outside of our control

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
